Description: For ITSM and GMEE Administrators. This 5 day ILT course covers the basic Foundations structural concepts that can be used for the ITSM and GMEE applications or any future products built on the Foundations platform. This course covers day-to-day System Administrator tasks and introduces architecture, concepts and terminology. The course provides the necessary knowledge to configure, design, implement and use the Foundations platform. The topics included are concepts of Foundations, security and roles, creating Business Objects, Email Integration, advanced Messaging Module and Expressions to automate business processes, creating Roles, Perspective and Workspaces using Administrator Module.
Exam (optional): There is an online certification exam available to take in order to acquire the FrontRange Foundation Certified Administrator certification.

FrontRange Foundation Advanced - GoldMine Enterprise Edition (GMEE)
Format: Instructor-Led Training

Description: For the GMEE Administrator. This 4-day ILT course covers day-to-day system administrator tasks within the GMEE Foundation. This course introduces the general concepts of the GMEE administrator application module. It also includes topics like multicurrency, security, deduping, Dashboards, multi-object searches, sending e-mail via HTML message and templates, and Outlook integration. In addition, this course also facilitates system administrator to configure and administrator tasks within GMEE Administrator application. It includes topics like Expressions and Business Rules to automate various business processes, Business Process Designer packages to automate Lead routing and Quote approval methods, and configuring Dashboards for various roles in an organization. In addition, this course provides the user with the knowledge necessary to design, implement, and use the advanced features of GMEE Foundation.
Exam (optional): There is a practical exam on the 4th day of class to obtain certification. See below.

GoldMine 7.0 Administration
Format: Instructor-Led Training (public or on-site)
Duration: 4 1/2 days content, 1/2 day exam

Audience: GoldMine Administrators
Description: This course covers all aspects of the GoldMine system. From implementation to the designing and configuring of GoldMine. The topics include feature functionality, customization and configuration, an overview of GoldSync and iGoldMine, reporting, security and maintenance, and configuring your workflow.
Exam: There is a practical examination on day five of this course for customers to apply toward their Goldmine Certified Administrator certification. Passing grade is at least 80%.

Description: This course covers all aspects of the GoldMine system. From implementation to the designing and configuring of GoldMine. Exam: In the afternoon on the last day there will be an optional GoldMine Premium Administration Certification exam lasting approx. 3-4 hours.
